Units of Measurement

cl. = 1 centilitre = 10 ml
1 oz = 3 cl
To convert cl to oz divide by 3

100 cl = 1 litre = 1 quart
1 cl = 1/3 oz
To convert oz to cl multiply by 3

Ingredients :

  • 2 cl Cinnamon syrup
  • 1 cl Orange juice
  • 2 cl Dark rum

To finish :
Pour the cinnamon syrup into the glass.
Use the Cocktailmaster to add the orange-juice and then the dark rum.

Serving suggestion :
Quarter of an orange-slice, orange zest and cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cl strawberry juice
  • 6 cl carrot juice
  • 6 cl tomato juice, slightly diluted with a little water

To finish:
Pour the strawberry juice into the glass.
Use the Cocktailmaster to add the carrot
juice then the tomato juice.

Serving suggestion:
Sticks of carrot on a cocktail stick, basil leaves.

Irish Coffee Classic
Irish Coffee Classic

Ingredients:

  • 2 cl sugar cane syrup
  • 4 cl Irish whisky
  • 6 cl hot coffee
  • 4 cl single cream

Preparation:

Whisk 4 cl single cream.
1st mixture : Mix 2 cl sugar cane syrup with 4 cl Irish whisky. Heat mixture.

To finish:
Pour 1st mixture into a glass.
Use the Cocktailmaster to pour on the hot coffee and finish with the whipped cream.

Serving suggestion:
Coffee powder, Irish Coffee glass.
